Online Business Personal Property Reporting

Welcome to the Orleans Parish Assessor’s Office Business Personal Property Reporting e-File page. This page allows you to electronically file your LAT-5 self-reporting form.

If you are an agent submitting this form on behalf of a business owner, you must download and complete this authorization form. Completed forms must then be notarized and emailed to personalproperty@orleansassessors.com

All LAT-5s must be completed and submitted by April 1.

To file online, you must first create an account using your email address.

If you created an account last year, you can login using the same email address to access the LAT-5 you filed last year and file the LAT-5 for the current tax year.

Once you have created an account and logged in, you will be able to enter the Tax ID number and PIN to add that business LAT-5 to your online account.

You can enter LAT-5's for multiple businesses under a single account as long as you have the Tax ID number and PIN, and are an authorized agent or the business owner.
